Questions about plans

What happens after the 7-day trial?
The yearly plans, Plus and Plus Family, start with 7 days free; the monthly plan has no trial. Your subscription starts unless you cancel before the trial ends. Baku reminds you before it ends, so it is never a surprise. You can cancel any time in the App Store or Google Play.
What stays free if I don’t subscribe?
Nightlight with breathing and back-to-sleep audio, the journal and voice capture, the moon calendar, the daily Atlas card, a basic evening ritual, the 7-night reset, your first rewrite and three Guide reflections.
Is there a family plan?
Yes. Baku Plus Family is €89.99 a year (US$89.99, CHF 89), with the same 7 days free as the yearly plan. On iPhone you share it with up to five others through Apple Family Sharing, and everyone keeps their own private journal. Google Play doesn’t share app subscriptions with a family, so on Android each person chooses Plus yearly or monthly. A partner can also join you free with any plan.

Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, and refunds follow their policies. If something went wrong, write to us and we will help you ask.
